By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you ("the Commissioner") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement") between you and Miiyang ("the Artist").
Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with your order.✧ ཻུ۪۪⸙͎ General
• I don’t do: NSFW (erotic/nipple free is fine), heavy gore, old people, political themes, mecha, furry, monsters, realism.
• I have the right to refuse any order for any reason.
4. The artist has no interest in NFT or A.I Art, it's prohibited to use any art in it.✧ ཻུ۪۪⸙͎ Payment & Revisions:
• Payments will be done through Paypal invoice. 50% beforehand, 50% when the sketch is approved. The commissions will only enter the queue after the payment sign.
• For pieces that cost less than $50, clients will be required to pay 100% upfront.
• Changes are allowed only in the sketch phase. After that, only color changes or minor errors - unless the mistake has been made by me.
• The client will have 3 free minor adjustments during the sketch process, and one on the base color. Other than that, there will be a charge ($10 per change).
▸ Minor Adjustments:
After completion of the artwork, the Commissioner is entitled to request small changes, such as color adjustments or adding small details, free of charge. The Artist will accommodate such requests within reasonable limits.
▸ Major Revisions:
Significant changes to the artwork, including but not limited to composition, character design, or major alterations, may incur additional charges. The Commissioner will be notified of the additional costs and must provide approval before the revisions are made.✧ ཻུ۪۪⸙͎ Process & Delivery:
•The completion time of normal illustrations can vary from 1 week to 1 months after startup. More detailed pieces can demand more time.
• The commissioner receives a full resolution image via Google Drive link.
• The Artist will keep the Commissioner updated with screenshots of the progress until completion
• Refunds are not possible.
▸ Rush Orders:
For faster completion or tight deadlines, the Artist may require additional fees. The details of any rush orders and associated charges will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

✧ ཻུ۪۪⸙͎ Copyright Policy: (personal use)
• The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, prints, merchandise, and online portfolios.
• The Commissioner may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
• If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. The Commissioner may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist.
• The Commissioner may post on social media platforms providing credits to the Artist.
• If the Commissioner requests private artwork or wishes to withhold the artist from posting publicly, additional charges may apply. The details and fees for private artwork will be discussed and agreed upon separately.✧ ཻུ۪۪⸙͎ Copyright Policy: (commercial use)
• Once agreed upon, the commissioned artwork can be used by the Customer for commercial purposes under the following pricing tiers:
▸ 1.5x Price Tier: The Commissioner may use the artwork on monetized platforms such as TwitchTV and YouTube. It is required to provide proper credit to the artist by including a statement like "Art by Miiyang". The price for this tier is 1.5 times the original commission price.
▸ 2x Price Tier: In addition to using the artwork on monetized platforms, the Commissioner is permitted to sell merchandise featuring the artwork. This pricing tier is specifically designed for small businesses. The price for this tier is 2 times the original commission price.
▸ 3x Price Tier: This tier is intended for big businesses or high-selling products. The Commissioner can utilize the artwork for commercial purposes and expect significant sales. The price for this tier is 3 times the original commission price.
• Layered files of the artwork will be provided to the Commissioner for copyright commissions only. The Commissioner may not use or distribute the layered files without the Artist's written consent.
• Commercial work will only be posted when the client allows it.
